They are quick, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional, and we feel like we're in really great hands. We've now transitioned our regular cleaning & maintenance their way. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service and would highly recommend. Will, the repair technician, went above and beyond to solve our problem. Amber, the receptionist, was courteous, helpful and expedited our repairs. Both of them get 5 Stars. Will definitely use them in the future.

On 9/15/25 Will answered our call to help us set the pool settings properly again after I tried to adjust them. Will was very professional and listened to all of our concerns. Not only did he adjust our system but also showed as the menu on the Jandy system and also told me to increase my maintenance schedule and i should be clear of filter issues. I would recommend this company to all who don't want to be taken for a ride financial. Thanks again to the pool professors🫡

Nick was great! He really knows our system. We had a pool school to go over all equipment and chemistry. So much info, I got paperwork as well and feel comfortable calling if questions come up. I would definitely recommend

We’ve recently used Pool Professors for a couple of different things, and each time they’ve gone above and beyond! Communication is great, work is quick, and the technicians are professional and efficient. Will most recently replaced our pump and he was efficient and took the time to show me everything! Pool Professors did a great job for our pool repair. Called on Thursday afternoon and they were at our home Friday morning. Our pool tech JR, greeted us and promptly went to work on our pool. He explained in detail the repairs he made and even installed updates to our system. A report was also sent to us with pictures and details. Will use again!!

Shout out to Will for finding a way to do an unusual repair (replace bottom drain cover on spa). Also quickly and efficiently replaced spa light.

Kudos to J.R. for quickly responding to an issue with our lights and salt cell. He was professional, friendly, and promptly resolved the issues to our equipment. In today's world, getting a quick response is rare! I highly recommend Pool Professors.

We have been utilizing pool professors for a year now, our technician is Brian, and though we have had some pool issues at the fault of the unknown, he has been very communicative and has excellent follow up with addressing needs and helping us. Today J.R. came out and he was very resourceful in explaining the information in a through fashion. It’s at least 100 degrees out and he did not rush with educating me, ensuring I understood, despite the heat. The communication when there are needs is very professional!

I've been using Pool Professors for years to maintain a pool and hot tub at a vacation rental I manage on Lake Norman.

I was having a couple issues last Saturday with guests coming in that afternoon. Nick was on site within an hour and thoroughly checked each issue, diagnosed the problems and got the pool and hot tub clean and running perfectly by the time my guests arrived.

Pool Professors came out to try and help me with my pool and Will Saunders was the technician assigned to the job. He was fantastic! JR was outstanding. He arrived on time and did a great job assessing what was going on with our pool, heater, lights, controls and electrical system. He pointed out the issues and clearly explained what was going on. I was really impressed his knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend Pool Professors if your pool has issues.

JR made a service call to the house to inspect my salt cell. He was thorough and helped come up with a simple, cost effective solution to see if we could fix the situation without getting into costly repairs. Hopefully that will take care of the issue. If not, and those larger repairs are needed JR and Pool Professors has earned my trust to make those repairs.

Brian came to service our pool and was awesome! This is the first time that I’ve really understood how the Poole works. He took the time to explain everything and make sure that we understood I highly recommend their service.

Normally, my husband complains about the way pool companies take care of the pool, but Brian, from Pool Professors has been amazing! He has been taking care of our pool for a number of months now and there’s been nothing to complaining about! Whenever Brian is done, he emails us an account of what he did including chemicals he used. The pool and spa are impeccably clean every time he leaves. He cleans up after himself and leaves the property in perfect order. I can’t say enough about Brian… We are lucky to have him. This is one pool company we can see staying with for the long haul.

We had an issue where power outage/surges damaged our pool controller and our actuators were not functioning properly (this is important especially when it’s cold out so pool can run in freeze protect mode). I contacted pool professors, they got us on the schedule, and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get us back up and running again before the next cold weather snap. Thank you pool professors…we will definitely use them again!

It was a great experience. I called. They listened and understood. They offered advice and showed up in just a few hours (I had an urgent issue). Luke had me back up and running in an hour. I can't wait to have him back to kick off our summer and maintain our pool throughout the season! Excellent communication skills from the office to the technician. Very affordable!
